Terms & Conditions
1. Payments
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due at the appointment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments once without incurring a fee. A second rescheduling will incur an additional fee of $50.
• Bridal Cancellation Notice: Written notice of at least 14 days is required to cancel or reschedule an event. Cancellations made after this period will result in the client being responsible for the full service amount.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: The 25% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Event makeup Late Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least three days before the appointment. Failure to attend without prior notice will incur a $50 fee.
3. Travel
• A travel fee applies based on the distance between the client’s location and the KRISTINAMAKEUPNYC studio.
• Clients will be informed of the total cost, including service and travel fees, after providing location details to ensure clear pricing.
4. Late Policy
• On-Time Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided.
• Late Fee: Clients arriving 15-30 minutes late will incur a late fee of $30. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and the full service amount will be charged.
• Future Appointments: Repeated lateness may lead to refusal of future appointments or a requirement for a full amount deposit to book.
